Bukit Tunku is an upper-class residential area located in Kuala Lumpur. It was formerly known as Kenny Hills and was named after Tunku Abdul Rahman as his house was located there. Bukit Tunku houses many luxury condominiums and villas and is surrounded by many wealthy residential areas such as Mont Kiara and Bangsar. It is a residential area where the houses comes with flamboyant and over-the-top decorative touches such as balconies overlooking tropical forests, koi ponds and private driveways. The housing development has a low density as the houses since it is a high-end residential area.

Bukit Tunku is an easily accessible residential area as there are a number of major highways that are located close to the residential area. Major highways such as Lebuhraya Duta- Sungai Buloh, North – South Expressway and Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar are among the highways that are close to Bukit Tunku. These routes give access to towns and cities nearby such as Sungai Buloh, Segambut and Kuala Lumpur.

Bukit Tunku is located only 5 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur city centre where most of the attractions are located at. Bukit Tunku is a neighbourhood that is already enclave by nature but for those who are looking for activities to do that has a connection to nature; they should head to places such as KL Bird Park, Perdana Botanical Garden and Bukit Sri Bintang. These spots are ideal for a walk or sightseeing and like Bukit Sri Bintang, ideal for hiking or jogging while being surrounded by nature.
